Carmel Brass was formed in 1970 by its current music director, Thomas Akins.  Originally known as Chamber Brass Choir, its new identity celebrates the expansion of artistic activity in its resident area, central Indiana.  Equally at home in concert halls, museums, parks, civic celebrations and commercial venues, the strengths of Carmel Brass lie in highly acclaimed artistry and widely varied repertoire.  -more-
